Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Related field)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement or related field
Responsibilities
Purchase IT, office, and POSM equipment
Source and manage suppliers/factories
Prepare PO, Quotation, GRN accurately and on time
Ensure timely payments and stock availability
Deliver equipment to MDY, TGI branches on schedule
Prepare monthly procurement budget
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong knowledge of procurement process & systems
Good English (verbal & written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
