The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing all cashier operations and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of daily bank and cash summaries for all company branches, including TGI, Mandalay, and Nay Pyi Taw. Responsibilities
-Supervise and manage all cashier staff at Head Office and branches.
-Prepare and review daily bank and cash summaries from all branches.
-Ensure all bank statements are received, checked, and reconciled accurately.
-Prepare weekly cash flow and budget reports for management review.
-Draft and process weekly payment instruction letters to banks.
-Monitor cash collections and deposits from all regions.
-Support the Finance Manager in customer cash refunds and related documentation.
-Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policy and accounting standards.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all financial documents.
Assist in monthly and year-end closing and audit preparation.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, accounting software).
-High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
-Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
-Able to coordinate with multiple branches effectively.
Working hours - 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Working Days - Monday To Friday (Saturday Alternate)
Off Days - Saturday Alternate, Sunday and public holidays
