HR Manager (Human Resources Manager)

Location: Lanmadaw Township

Summary

Responsible for managing the company’s overall human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, employee development, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

•Handle full recruitment and selection process – job posting, interview, and onboarding.

•Manage payroll, attendance, overtime, and allowance accurately.

•Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks.

•Plan and execute training & development programs based on training needs analysis.

•Ensure employee relations are managed effectively and disciplinary actions are compliant with company policy.

•Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports and provide data support for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in human resource management / business administration / management / law

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. •In-depth knowledge of HRM, HRD, payroll, and labor law.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS systems.

•Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and counseling skills.

•At least Intermediate level in English (both written and spoken).

•High level of integrity and confidentiality.

•Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

•Supportive of positive company culture and teamwork.
