Responsibilities
Manages and guides the sales team under the supervision of the Manager.
Develops and implements sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Supervise and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Trains and supports sales team members to improve their performance.
Manage customer relationships and gather customer feedback.
Market Survey and Research.
Product Checking and Price Analysis
Analyze sales data and prepare detailed performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in Sales.
Extensive experience in sales.
Strong strategic planning and analytical mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and management skills.
